Message	You sure they're actually on when forced on through Nistune. I suspect they are... just asking. Reason I ask is I suspect with age the complicated VTCs break down and there's almost no way to tell if they're working properly. Here's some background from a while ago and a special link to a very exciting test I did. I'm planning on doing a follow-up test with my refurbed BDE VTCs once I get everything back together.
